Condolence Messages

With heartfelt sympathy for Todd family.

I wish to express my sincerest sympathy to Ruth and the Todd family and friends because of losing Duane recently in death. When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving God, Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) understands how we feel and He comforts us by means of His word the Bible. Psalm 34: 18 tells us: "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40 and John 11:23-25) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it." Ruth and Family,

My thoughts and prayers are with all of Duane's family in his passing.

Condolences

Doug, Warren, and Roger - so sorry to hear about your father's passing. What a great life that he lived. He was a pillar in the Seneca community and was a mentor for his family. John Deere customers long appreciated the stability that Todd Tractor brought to their farming operations over the decades. I recall calling on the stores in Seneca and Sabetha and the conversations I had with Duane. He had great wisdom. Thoughts are with you at this time. -Ken Wagner (former John Deere representative)

Sympathies to Ruth and all my cousins

So sorry to hear of Uncle Duane's passing. I'll always remember the days when we would stop by on the way to see our grandparents and the times when we would get together along with the Sebetha Todds and all the cousins. I'll always remember Duane as a sharp and articulate man with quite a sense of humor. He always said that my late father, Donald Todd, was his hero. There was a lot of hero in Duane too, and you all have many memories to treasure.

Our Sympathies

Wishing peace and comfort for all of the Todd family. Duane was such a good man and he will be greatly missed. He and I share a birthday, and I'm so happy that he got to celebrate life with his dear ones on his 95th just last week. Holding you all in our hearts and prayers.
