Dear Sondra and Family,
I am so sorry to read about Kent's passing. I am reading this while on a trip to Ohio. I am so sorry to miss the memorial tomorrow. Kent obviously had a huge impact on hundreds of young athletes and students during his life. His teachings and influence will carry on for decades. Janet Dreiling

Sondra and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sondra , I was so sad to hear of Kent's passing. You and your family are in my prayers.

A great coach, advocate for young people

I'm sad to learn of Kent's passing. He was a great football coach, but more, a friend and advocate for young men who needed both support and a nudge to take advantage of an opportunity. He cared for his players and wanted the best for them. Thoughts and prayers for Sandra and the boys and families. Your husband and father was a good, good man who had a powerful positive influence on his players and the students he guided in college and high school.

Sondra, sorry for your loss. It is always a difficult time. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Condolence for the Rogers Family

I got to know Kent during his tenure at Rock Creek. He quickly earned my respect as a fellow educator. Kent was always the voice of reason and alwaysa wanting to do what was best for students!! I truly valued his friendship!! Many school programs and students have benefited from his devotion to education!!

Dear Sondra and Boys, I want you to know that Kent (COACH) was an Inspiration from the day my Uncle Les Hultgren introduced him to me. He had the desire to see young men and women that he was around on a daily basis, climb to their highest potential.
His smile was something that will ever stay emblazoned within me, along with the that he showed both for his family and friends. Sending many hugs, much love, and lots of prayers your way in the coming days, weeks, and months ahead. Rod Pretzer Family

Fond memories....

What a great man. I truly enjoyed working with and for Kent in my time at Rock Creek. You don't get to be around people like him just every day. I'm fortunate to have known him. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Rogers family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you

I only met Kent a few times but found him to be a delight. I see the goodness and love of family in his and Sondra's children. Both parents should be proud of the wonderful family they raised together. I know they will be a comfort and help to their mother in the days ahead.
God Bless Sondra and her family.
