David Ray Wiltfong, Jr., 25, of Centralia, Kansas, died Monday morning, March 12, 2007, at Nemaha Valley Community Hospital in Seneca.

He was born in Parsons, Kansas on April 17, 1981 to Kathie Haas and David Ray Wiltfong, Sr. He attended Parsons High School before transferring to Centralia High School, were he graduated in 2000.

On May 21, 2005, he married Shawna Becker at the United Methodist Church in Centralia.

Survivors are his wife Shawna of the home; parents Kathie Wiltfong of Seneca and David Ray Wiltfong, Sr. of Bernice, Oklahoma; his grandmother, Sue Haas of Seneca; a brother, William Gray of Oswego; six sisters, Jessica Egner of Hutchison, Chris Gray of St. Benedict, Rhonda Wiltfong of Parsons, and Bonnie, Theresa, and Dorothy Wiltfong, all of California; and three nieces and two nephews.

David was a member of the United Food and Commercial Works International Union, the Centralia United Methodist Church, as well as Cool Springs Golf Course in Onaga. David enjoyed fishing, football, and playing golf.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday, March 14, at Lauer Funeral Home in Seneca. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Seneca City Cemetery.
