Frank L. Lindemuth

Frank L. Lindemuth, 86, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Midland Hospice House. Frank was born Jan 12, 1930 to William and Margaret Gillette Lindemuth.
He attended Potwin Grade School, Roosevelt Junior High School and graduated from Topeka High School in 1948. Frank went on to graduate from Kansas University in 1953 with a BS in Industrial Management. After graduation he spent the next 2 years in the US Navy during the Korean conflict.
He was introduced to his future wife Sharon in 1957; they married on Jun 22, 1958. They spent the next six years moving and changing jobs finally settling in Downey, CA from 1965 to 1972. They then moved to Anaheim, CA where they remained till well after his retirement from Rockwell in 1990; they moved back to Seneca, KS in 1992. After Sharon’s death in November of 2006, he moved back to Topeka in 2008.
He was preceded in death by his wife Sharon (Van Gilder) Lindemuth of 48 years; both his parents Margaret and William; his older sister, Virginia Bolinger; and his older brother Richard Lindemuth.
He is survived his four children, Rickey (Sharon) Lindemuth of Southwest Michigan, Bret Lindemuth of Garden Grove, California, Brad (Tammy) Lindemuth of Manistique, Michigan and Rhonda (Henry) George of Keller, Texas; his younger sister, Sally Harper; his nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and multitude of nieces and nephews. Frank will be laid to rest next to his loving wife at a graveside service Friday, September 30th, at 2:00 PM at the Vermillion Cemetery, in Vermillion, KS. T
he family will be receiving guest after the service at 1701 North Street Seneca Ks (behind the Altenhofen Inn on Hwy 36).
