Jacquelyn Lee Dalinghaus Kroemer, 51, of Seneca died on January 11, 2017 at her home.

Jackie was born on December 14, 1965 in Axtell to Larry and Betty Ann Koch Dalinghaus. Jackie attended B&B School and graduated with the Class of 1984.

After she graduated she went to work at Crestview Manor and Country View Estates in Seneca as a CNA. Jackie’s health deteriorated and the physical demand of her profession took their toll and she “retired” at a young age. Jackie dedicated her attention to raising her children.

On January 2, 2004 Jackie married Dennis R. Kroemer at the Zion Lutheran Church in Pawnee City, Nebraska.

Jackie had many interests, but she relished baking and cooking.; she never turned down a good game of cards or a board game. She enjoyed connecting through Facebook and shopping at the farmer’s market.

Jackie was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ north of Seneca.

Jackie was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey A. Dalinghaus on December 24, 1997.

Survivors of Jackie are her husband of 15 years, Dennis; her mother, Betty Ann (Rick Weber) Dalinghaus of Seneca; her father, Larry Dalinghaus of Seneca; a daughter, Cortney (Kasey) Whitman of Lansing; a son, Brandon (Amanda) Dalinghaus of Cedar Rapids, Nebraska; a sister, Julie (Lynn) Kohake of Seneca; a brother, Jason (Lacey) Dalinghaus of Seneca; a step son, David (Melissia) Kroemer of Savannaha, Missouri; a step daughter, Donna (Fred) Edwards of Marysville; six grandchildren and several step grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, January 17th from 6 – 8 P.M. at the Lauer Funeral Home in Seneca. A Funeral Service will be Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 10:30 A.M. at the Lauer Funeral Home. The burial will be at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Baileyville.
