Condolences
Thank you Grandpa for all your love, stories, and for everything handy you taught me over the years. I large part of who I am is because of you. I remember when your brother Bill first laid eyes on me, he said, “You’re a Henry”. I wear that as a badge of honor to this day. I am so proud of you and so proud to be your grandson. I will miss you greatly but not in a sad sort of way, just with wishing for one more story, one more lesson. Give Grandma Gussie a kiss for me.
P.S. Rest in Peace Bill. Please don’t get in too much trouble with Lin…a little bit is welcomed 😉
#1 Grandson 😉 Doug Henry
This is Gordon Olson. I wish to offer my condolences. When I turned the kitchen light on this morning I thought of Lin. He did all the wiring. I also thought of him when I turn the kitchen sink faucet on. He did the plumbing. He was a great gentleman around Sabetha and he will be missed.
Uncle Lin, you will be greatly missed! We have so many wonderful memories of you, Aunt Gussie, Jerry and Janis! I know you are rejoicing in Heaven now with Jesus and reunited with Aunt Gussie and loved ones. You left an amazing legacy full of love. Dad (Bill Henry) always looked up to you and our family is cherishing wonderful memories! Pray for us, Uncle Lin. Sending Janis, Jerry and family our love and prayers.
We were so thrilled to welcome Lin to our home in Shawnee Ks when he came up a couple of years ago. My children and grandchildren and siblings and some cousins were so happy to have a chance to hear some of his stories and how things were when he was a boy.
Your dad , grandpa, great grandpa was a good man and had a long life. It was our honor to have him here. RIP Lin. ❤️ The Nealey and Donovan families
