Kevin Lee Becker, 63, of Seneca died unexpectedly on August 23, 2019, at his home.
Kevin was born in Topeka on May 21, 1956 to Leo and Darlene McClain Becker. He grew-up in Seneca attending Sts. Peter& Paul Grade School; and graduated from Nemaha Valley High School with the Class of 1974.
Kevin worked at Big B Grocery store for a short time, prior to being employed by Becker Body Shop. He was employed from the fall of 1975 thru the winter of 2018; his health forced him into retirement. In 1982, he married Janelle Schraad; the couple later divorced. Kevin enjoyed old cars, NASCAR races, and all automobiles. He was skilled at putting together puzzles.
He is survived by his parents, Leo and Darlene Becker of Seneca; a sister, Kathy (Blaine) Smith of Beattie; and a brother, Karl Becker of Nipomo, California.
A Rosary will be prayed at the Lauer Funeral Home at 2 PM on Tuesday, August 27, 2019.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Seneca. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.
Memorials will be designated later.
A Rosary will be prayed at the Lauer Funeral Home at 2PM on Tuesday, August 27, 2019.

I was a neighbor of Kevin’s for over 7 years. He was a great person and always willing to help when you needed it. I enjoyed the times we visited together and will miss him. Prayers are with the family and all of his friends~ Charles Gabehart
Beck and I shared a lot of years of friendship and cars, even his Coupe and my Super Duty used to hang out together. We met in 1966 and were friends ever since and will always be. Love and prayers to his family.
Rest in Peace Kevin… We had some great times in school, and after school chewing the rag about fixing old cars. Haven’t seen him in years, but remember him so very well. Prayers for his family and friends.

Kevin was a good friend through middle school, and High School, Sorry to hear he is no longer around,He will be missed.

I just found out recently that Kevin passed away. I am truly saddened as I have found memories of him from when my family visited. Please accept my deepest condolences Aunt Darlene, Uncle Leo, Kathy and Karl.
